Mine Estimator (Open cast coal mine) Delhi Experience:10 - 15 years Qualification: BE/B.Tech ( Civil, Mining) Key Skills: Tenders, Local taxation, detailed mining cost estimates, safety laws & plans, fi Job Description: Manage the internal reporting of mining tenders and opportunities Undertake and report on site visits Develop and maintain database of mining related suppliers, services and subcontractors Develop an understanding of local taxation and duties in relation to mining activities Develop an understanding of local mining, labour, safety and environmental laws and how they affect mining costs Prepare detailed mining cost estimates using CATS and associated spreadsheets Prepare financial model of tenders Review mining methodology and alternatives Coordinate with plant personnel for equipment costs Prepare tender submission documents Prepare documentation and information for tender reviews Assist in developing and implementing a training plan for a national estimating engineer. Job specification: You shouls have experience in the mining industry, preferably in the private sector. Project experience at opencast mining sites.
