Job Description:

To prepare accurate cost estimates for tenders and proposals in order to ensure that they are
competitive, thorough and in line with Company policy and objectives.

To oversee management of estimating processes and department in order to ensure that best practice
and latest tools are used in estimation process in the infrastructure sector.

To identify risk and opportunity in the proposal pricing in order to mitigate inherent risk at
tender submission stage.

To prepare tender review information and obtain approval from General Manager in order to ensure
methodology, pricing and margin contingency are adequately adhered to.

To manage and update the estimation database in order to ensure that information on pricing and
supplies, subcontractors are adequately managed and available for future tenders.

To prepare necessary authority to submit an offer form and reports in a timely manner submission to
the General Manager for approval in order to ensure that client profile, financing, competition,
potential risk, location and banding requirement fall within company guidelines and business plan.

Job specification:

Must have estimation work experience in the infrastructure industry.
