| Commercial Manager [Indore] Experience: 15 years Qualification: BE/B.Tech ( Civil, Other BE/B.Tech - highway / construction) Key Skills: civil, highway, construction, commercial Job Description: Oversee the administration of subcontractor payments, instructions, contract notifications and variations in order to limit financial exposure and ensure performance of subcontractors obligations. Negotiate and finalise contracts with contractors, sub- contractors and suppliers. To administer contractual and commercial client deliverables and report the same in order to appraise management of exposures. Prepare agreements and work orders for contractors and sub- contractors. Technical and commercial evaluation of major sub- contractors. Generate and review of RFQ s of contract proposals. Handle contractual matters such as clients correspondence, extra claims, sub-contractor billing. To supervise and develop subordinates on commercial procedures and company policies in order to produce detailed substantiation on financial and commercial controls. To supervise and support preparation and finalization of subcontracts, consultancy agreements, purchase orders in order to achieve construction commencement and progress timelines within budget. To implement and monitor procedures for all commercial matters in order to ensure compliance to Leighton policies and procedures To liaise with other members of the site team (construction, design, engineering) in order to identify exposure, changes in cost and value and possible delays. To prepare monthly reporting on financial status of project in order to enable the project manager to address operational issues or adjust foremost financial result for the project Job spesification: Must have experience in construction industry. | |
