| Plant Manager - Mining [Delhi] Experience:15 years Qualification:BE/B.Tech( Mechanical) Key Skills: heavy earth moving equipment, mining, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) Job Description: To strategize effective long term (monthly/ yearly) major maintenance activities and execute each with minimum disruptions in order to meet plant maintenance budget. To maintain heavy earth moving and plant equipment in optimal working condition. To maintain daily contact with each subordinate to ensure efficient provision of support in material management and further to provide technical guidance in order to support the effective operations of plant equipment. To interface regularly with suppliers and aid in appropriate technical procurements. To keep abreast of the latest technical developments from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) in order to manage technical problem that arises from the use of project equipment. To ensure minimum downtime and develop equipment cost estimates. To manage budgets and generate plant MIS on regular basis. To promote subordinate to mentor and coach in order to ensure effective succession planning. To promote the Companys safety policies, and ensure application by all subordinates in order to sustain a safe and accident free work place. Joc specification: Must be able to maintain heavy earth moving equipment. | |
