Financial Controller - Saudi Arabia This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s premium hotel groups and they are now seeking a young and energetic Financial Controller. This new hotel is based in Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Financial Controller is a key member of the management team who will lead and assume responsibility for all areas of finance and accounting in the pre-opening stage. This will include setup of policies, valuation of systems, financial analysis, cash flow management and the implementation of strategic cost control systems. You will be involved in all aspects of business planning. Proficiency in English is a must with Arabic a distinct advantage. This role will suit a new up-and-coming financial wizard. You are either seeking your first fully-fledged position as a Financial Controller or looking for a new challenge. You will have strong technical accounting and leadership skills and the passion to drive continuous improvement in systems and processes in the hotel. In addition the ideal profile will have the inter-personal skills to operate across all levels and functions of the organisation, as well as with external parties. Single or family status is on offer with a good competitive expat package.
