| Building Manager Building Manager Fort Area - South Mumbai Wassiamull are currently looking for a Building Manager. Characteristics Essential skills and qualifications: 1. Age - around 30+ 2. Ability to work and lead effectively. 3. Good IT and written skills - Computer Literate. 4. At least 2 years experience of managing a building. 5. At least 2 years experience in collecting rent from tenants. 6. Should be familiar with the Rent act. 7. Education: minimum: Graduate 8. Good Salary: Negotiable Primary objectives will include: *Overall responsibility for the day to day management and on-site inspection of the building. *Strictly enforcing the Tenancy Conditions on the occupants of our building. Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 9.30am - 6pm Saturday. 10.30am - 3pm Salary: Negotiable Candidates should apply by sending their CV and recent color photograph by e-mail. | |
