Engineer [Building design] 1. To coordinate with International & Local architects and other consultants. 2. To work with different in-house teams to facilitate design activities for implementation. 3.Preparation of Tender documents 4. Verification and compilation of BOQs and drawings. 5.To spot problems on site by interacting with site project managers and engineers. 6. To interpret construction codes and standards. 7.To prepare MIS report. 8. To ensure timely completeness of drawings by following up with consultants and different stakeholders. Job Specification: Skills / Attributes : Auto CAD, Ms Office, Ms Project. You should be a B.E./B.Tech from any reputed institute. 3-5 years of building design management experience.
