AVP- VP (Construction- Thermal Power Plant)- MP, AP, UP To administer the , construction and commissioning of the power plant and other associated projects on the site in a safe, timely, and economic manner. Key responsibilities: Coordinating with Head EPC on the construction and commissioning schedule on the site for the power plant and other associated projects. Coordinating with the Site teams of the EPC contractor to oversee all their activities and to ensure quality and safety standards followed by them as provided in the EPC contracts. To arrange and manage effective and adequate supervision of all stages of the construction and commissioning of facilities within the Site. To maintain world class safety standards at the site and prepare the necessary safety manuals for all activities on site. Conforming and certifying the completion of activities by EPC contractor as per quality standards/ terms specified in the contract. Providing a detailed construction schedule for each major activity that will ensure each project is completed on time and on budget. Planning and develop the facilities required (like water, power) for the contractors and the project team to ensure smooth functioning of the construction activities. Monitor the construction of power evacuation facilities to be developed by other parties and report any delay in the process to the management.
