Position : AVP / VP – Market Risk

Location : MUMBAI

Objective :

The primary purpose of the role is to frame and implement the market risk policy and procedures for the Bank under the supervision & direction of the Chief Credit Officer

Responsiblities :

Design and implement the Bank’s market risk policy
· Member of the ALCO
· Regulatory reporting
· Internal reporting and analysis of market risk in both treasury and banking books
· Support the Bank in the initial stages in its evaluation and implementation of IT solutions, mainly from the market risk perspective

Competences :

In depth knowledge and experience in the use of various risk analytics
§ In depth knowledge of Indian market for corporate financial services
§ Understanding balanced approach to financial management
§ Interpersonal skills. Should be able to maintain independence of views while maintaining relationships with business banking managers
§ Managing and Developing People
· Team player

Qualifications :

A CA/ MBA from a reputed institute or post graduation with CAIIB or CFA;
· 3-5 years post qualification experience in financial services environment, with at least 3 years experience in Market risk.
