Secretary for luxury export brand

• Develop leads (researching, networking, calling, mailing)
• Mantain relationships with existing Clients & bringing new Clients.
• Must be fluent in English – written and oral. Diplomacy and people skills very important.
• Preferably Graduate with MBA Sales and Marketing
• Prepare client reports
• Handle initial requests from prospective accounts, including sending out materials and samples, and assigning follow-up to in-house sales team
• Working with our in-house sales team to disseminate and manage orders
• Collect leads from various sources and compile mailing lists and call lists for our sales team.
• Providing customer service to our retailers, including stock overviews, shipping and tracking information for retailers and sales reps.
• Interface regularly with customers via email, fax.
• Check and track credit references for retailer customers
• Manage all aspects of client relations including processing sales orders, resolving client queries and issues, and ensuring client satisfaction from point of contact through product delivery
