Project Management Head - Housing projects You would be responsible for Conceptualize Plan, implement, receive approvals, execute projects, set maintenance teams in place, handover to end users. Cost estimation, Project budget preparation, Financial planning, Value engineering, Tender preparation & negotiation, Selection of contractors, Project Execution from initial stage of tendering to the final project completion. • Enabling Project Progress by developing and managing a network of Retainers / Consultants / Suppliers / Contractors across assigned territories. • Use modern management tools for ease of operations / controls / monitoring progress / achieve results in time. • Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the sales targets. • Guiding and training Staff to accomplish set targets and achieve revenues. Oversee the development of project budgets, schedules, implementation to ensure that targets are met. Ensure projects maintain compliance with Company and departmental policies and procedures. Job specification: 15-25 years of project management experience. B.E./B.tech [civil/mech/elec] from any reputed institute.
