HEAD- OPERATION- U.P You would be responsible for: -To be responsible for overall operation of the Units and associated System / Sub-Systems by coordinating with respective Unit In-charges and O&M In-charges in the shift. -To oversee various operational parameters of the pervious 24 hours and ensure proper response to any deviation / abnormalities -To introduce modifications, improvements in systems and processes on a continual basis proactively or as per decisions and directives of superiors. -To assist, guide, direct Unit In-charges & respective O&M In-charges in operation of the Unit in safe, efficient and optimal way. -To assist, guide and direct operating personnel during emergency. JOS SPECIFICATIONS: You should be a B.E/B.tech [Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, C&I] from some reputed institute. You should have an experience of operations of thermal power plant
