| PeopleSoft Developer We are looking for PeopleSoft Developers/Technical resources for various projects in Canada. The projects involve implementation/upgrade to version 9.0 and production support. The ideal candidates must have the following attributes: Technical requirements: 1) Relevant bachelor’s degree with 4+ yrs of dedicated PeopleSoft experience (v8.8 & higher). 2) Strong PeopleTools skills (v8.4x) to build complex bolt-on applications. a. Proven expert level skills in Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface and Application Packages. b. Experience with Application Messaging, Workflow, Integration Broker and Application server configuration in 8.4x environment. 3) Advanced SQL skills and have experience with at least two major RDBMS. 4) Advanced SQR skills and be able to develop complex reports and batch processes. 5) Experience in developing reports using nVision, XML Publisher and Crystal reports is an asset. 6) Knowledge of PS data models and core application functionality of at least 4 modules of either (HCM or Finance) 7) Knowledge of PeopleSoft security management. 8) Able to perform system analysis, produce technical documentation, test and implement plans, co-ordinate development and system integration. 9) Additional experience in web development using C#, ASP.Net, MS Visual Developer is an asset. 10) Knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript and VBScript is an asset. 11) Verifiable project experience from at least the last 2 years with details of experience and role. Professional requirements: 1) Superior verbal and written communication skills in English. 2) Function independently with minimum directions. 3) Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving. 4) Exhibit high level of integrity, disciplined conduct and enthusiasm. 5) Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams. 6) Must be able to perform duties in high stress, deadline oriented environments and maintain a professional temperament. | |
