| Exciting Opening for Consultant/Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant Opening top MNC in Bangalore Position: Consultant/Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant. Position Summary: Apply technical/functional skills to assist customers and partners create and implement successful and innovative solutions that run, manage and optimize their key business processes while decreasing costs and inefficiencies. Provide support and feedback to all of the internal groups within webMethods as appropriate. Act as a project lead and senior member of consulting teams for customer engagements. Essential Job Functions: - Provide technical leadership for customer projects using webMethods' technology. - Work effectively with customers and partners. Develop strong working relationships. Demonstrate value through quality of deliverables. - Ability and desire to learn rapidly without supervision - Willingness to take on new challenges and environments on a frequent basis - Develop and implement individual business solution components. - Effectively manage self and small team to deliver key project components. Report status and raise issues on a timely basis. Utilize extended company resources effectively (sales, engineering, product marketing, etc.). - Participate in growing the Professional Services group. Suggest improvements. Participate in and contribute to PS events. Conduct interviews as and when required and contribute to overall recruiting decisions and activities. - Contribute to knowledge capital within the company by capturing knowledge capital from each engagement and proactively sharing own expertise. Respond to e-mail requests for support internally and externally. - Author and deliver detailed design documents and white papers. - Possible travel nationally and internationally 30-50% Minimum Requirements: - 2-12 Years of IT industry experience. - Experience with webMethods products - EAI, TIBCO, Middleware, or other integration experience at the enterprise level - Exposure to XML and web services technologies - Strong demonstrated consulting skills and customer focus (Minimum of two years in customer facing consulting is required) - Well versed in Core Java or C++ or object oriented programming and Distributed computing - Familiar with RDBMS (any of Oracle, Informix, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase) Salary will not be a constraint for right candidate.
