Peoplesoft Administrator Communicates clearly and effectively with customers, team members and Crestone management Maintain an effective relationship with customers, team members and management Provide input in the development of tools and processes to help increase team productivity Builds confidence and trust with customers Displays effective analytical skills Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to customers 1) PeopleSoft technical infrastructure experience 2) Must have experience in multiple applications – HRMS, FS, CRM, SA, etc. 3) PeopleSoft 8.0 or later experience 4) PeopleSoft Technical Certification; Oracle Database certification is a plus 5) Complete understanding of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) – specifically in a Sun Solaris, Oracle database and Web Logic hosting environment
