| Tech Lead We are recruiting for one of our client for Java Tech lead with 5+ yrs of Experience. Plz go through the job description below. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage technical aspects of the project. Resolve technical problems that arise in the project. Coordinate with architects for clarifying technical problems. Verify that code is constructed per specifications. Function as a review leader for technical reviews. Track open technical issues to closure. Provide all technical inputs to the Project Manager. Participate in meetings with customer to support the Project Manager for technical issues that might need clarification Ensure that all project records are maintained as per processes. Report to the Project Manager on all aspects of the projects Be a lead and mentor for the Developers / Senior Developers Technical Pre-requisites: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in application software design and development. Strong technical background with direct involvement in design and coding Should be able to perform lead role in the entire life cycle of the projects, including meetings and discussions with the customers Hands-on experience in Java, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Struts, Web sphere, LDAP Should have: Participated or been independently responsible for size / effort / schedule estimation of development / test projects Participated or been independently responsible for requirements analysis, documentation and finalization of requirements with customers Participated or been independently responsible for project proposals Presented / demonstrated to prospective clients on Aztec’s technical capabilities Plz forward your updated profile in word format immediately as it is a very critical and urgent requirement. thanks and regards HR VSHREYAS INFOTECH | #96A/85 | Gokul Sadhan | Konena Agrahara | HAL | Airport Road | Bangalore - 560 017. | |
