| Inside Sales Representative A company dealing with UnInterrupted Power Supply is looking for people for the post of Inside Sales Representatives. The JD is as follows SUMMARY OF JOB: To Handle complete Back office work ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : * Achieve quarterly sales targets for the territory. * Ensure width through expansion program as per targets * Deliver depth through relationship as per targets * Drive aggressive responses to customer enquiries, sales clarifications and negotiation calls, sales support and delivery * Coordinate with other functions (marketing/service/business support) to ensure that customer needs are taken care of well in time * Conduct field visits to key customers – buddy calls as well as own – to understand customer needs/issues/problems and report as required * Develop ISR/local team to respond to customer and take on additional responsibilities * Increase the share of wallet in existing accounts and go deep and wide and achieve standards EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Engineering or Science an advantage) Must be PC literate EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED: At least 3-5 years sales experience IT/telecom or related hardware industry KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 – REQUIRED: Excellent written and oral communication skills, training and coaching skills Excellent interpersonal skills “Whatever it takes” attitude and desire to make an impact KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 2 – DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL: Knowledge of the IT / UPS industry a definite plus TRAVEL: Willing to travel throughout the assigned territory OTHER KEY CONSIDERATIONS: Local language plus business English Cordination With Sales ,Marketing , Finance and Logistics | |
