| Customer Relationship Manager • Business Development Search and select potential working area for business development Observe and analyze field survey reports of CRS for new business opportunity • Staff management: Manage CRS and participate in planning their day-to-day activities Evaluate performance, assess training and career needs (confirmations/promotions) Observe staff performance for Training program. Assist CRS in managing problem centers and help to anticipate and avoid problems at centers and areas of work Monitor the activities of CRS to avoid any types of fraud and misappropriation of fund Manage 4800 (or as specified from time to time) customers Verify CRS field visit report and report the same to Business Manager Maintain good relationship with staff, customers and local people to improve the program and to get and retain good customers • Customer related Ensure required area surveys are completed to facilitate projection meetings Organize and participate in projection meeting to built awareness about our program. Manage the overall loan process (request for facility’s approval– disbursement–collection) to the satisfaction of the customers/Ujjivan Encourage the public image of the organization in areas of operations Monitoring the loan utilization check and ensuring 100% loan repayment Un-disbursed amounts (against the loan disbursal sheet will be returned to Operations (deposited in the bank as per rules). Communicate Ujjivan’s objectives and counter misrepresentations/ misconceptions about Ujjivan activities/loan programs to key/influential local people Maintain and review the master register to ensure that all the customers have taken life insurance To check some passbook at random and ensure regularity. Responsible for loan disbursement and collection sheets. Any other information required by HO should be forwarded promptly. | |
