HR Recruiters (Internatinal Call Center) 1 Call Center Recruiter who must have at least 1-2 years exp. of recruitment in international call center / BPO. The candidate must have good Interviewing skills, excellent knowledge of using Job portals, Good Computer Skill, Analytical Skills, People Skill. KRA for recruiters Able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidates and short listing candidates for the final interview with the company. Coordinating and scheduling final interview of the candidate with the client company Follow up with both the candidate and company *Verification before the joining of the candidates Salary- 15K - 18K
