Project Manager Job Title  Project Manager Job Purpose To manage a commercial banking credit appraisal project for Emerging Markets Main Accountabilities - Manage the project role out as per SDLC and agreed standards. - Be single point contact for subsequent role outs - Coordinate with Data Centre and other stake holders to make the project a successs. - Manage vendors and vendor resources Technical Skills/Competencies - Functional knowledge of banking and credit appraisal process - Project Management capabilities - Good understanding of internet technologies - Good inter personal and negotiation skills - Ability to analyse and take quick decisions. - Exposure to SEI/CMM methodologies - Budget management capabilities Knowledge and Expertise (relating to specialist knowledge and expertise required to undertake the role. May include knowledge of the Bank’s products, services and policies) Essential  As mentioned above. Preferred  Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role Essential  5-10 years of Project Management in BFSI environment Preferred  MBA – Finance/CA qualification
