Main Activities
•need to handle all the admin work in the office including typing and filing, post, faxes etc
• mut be able use computer, printers and scanners
•Maintain immaculate paper and computer records for all cases

Candidate profile
• Minimum of 3 years as an experienced administrator
• IT literate
•Thoroughly familiar with Microsoft office (particularly Word and Excel)
•Excellent administration skills,
•Very good telephone skills,
•Methodical
•Able to learn quickly
•Able to multi task and work under pressure (must be able to manage personal activities, priorities and commitments in order to achieve the targets set by management).
