Alpha Mortgage Training is an Online Mortgage Training Company (we also offer live training) we are currently seeking experienced, results-oriented Account Executives with excellent communication skills.

The Account Executive is responsible for selling Online & Live Mortgage Courses to Mortgage Professionals. This includes, but is not limited to: loan officers, (loan originators), account executives, loan processors, loan coordinators, loan closers, Jr. Underwriters, underwriters.

Our website has a detailed description of the courses….You just have to sell them! This position requires the successful candidate to work from a home office. You must have access to a telephone, computer and Internet connection. Only those with the ability to work independently need apply.

Our clients are mid-level and above, mortgage brokers, loan officers (loan originators), banks, mortgage companies and credit unions nationally and internationally. Serious Candidates only. Please no job shoppers. Strong sales background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and sell mortgage courses
• Provide superior service to assigned accounts in order to meet or exceed client satisfaction through up-selling and cross selling AMT’s offerings

Qualifications:
• It is crucial that candidates be able to represent Alpha Mortgage Training with integrity and trustworthiness while persuasively selling the benefits of Mortgage Training and overcoming any objections
• Ability to work independently from your home office.
• The ability to work on a commission only basis (Bi-Weekly paid commissions, with bonus and monthly incentives)
• A proven track record of in sales and a proven ability to close business
• Passionate about SELLING!
• The ideal candidates will be action oriented
• Will be results driven individuals
• Candidates must also demonstrate exceptional customer-focus and be confident communicators on the phone
• Ideal candidates must have the ability to identify account opportunities
• Candidates must have excellent relationships (references will be required) and time management skills in order to successfully bring in new business and respond to an ever changing market
