| Urgent Opening for Asstt. Legal Counselor Urgent Opening : Vision Kpo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Position :: Asstt. Legal Counselor Job Description 1. Drafting legal notices. 2. Drafting all legal contracts & agreements. Draft, interpret, analyse and negotiate contractual documents. 3. Responsible for Legal Compliance like Trade Mark Registration renewal & opposition, Distributor cases. 4. Handle all Legal & Administration Matters. 5. Analysing and understanding the claim to work out the recovery prospects. 6. Extensive interaction with commercial debtors (soft collections only) over phone and through written communications on behalf of a reputable overseas clients. 7. Keeping a track of recoverable / collectible cases and hence providing regular updates. 8. Coordinating with clients as well as with defaulters (soft collection only) on Business to Business Debts. Candidate’s Desired Profile 1. You must be a law graduate with minimum of 2-3 years of experience preferably in a reputed law firm with or without court experience. 2. Must possess excellent communication skills and should have a flare for communication via e-mail. 3. Should be proactive, flexible and highly motivated with excellent analytical skills and should have an imposing personality. 4.
