SENIOR EXECUTIVE - DY. MANAGER To plan, develop & implement the stratigies to ensure efficient Financial Management in project execution & running the business. Handling of all legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual reports & accounts. To oversee other issues of the company which includes Licencing, contracts and agreements, legal areas and activities etc. You should be an MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA/ICWA with relevant experience. Experience of working with Power companies will be considered an added advantage.
