VMware Administrator or Citrix Administrator Should have atleast 6 years of experience in the field of IT - Should have atleast 2 years experience in VMWare and Citrix administration and troubleshooting - Should be able to do Troubleshooting and Administration on the following technologies - Microsoft Windows OS - Microsoft Exchange - Should have basic knowledge in Anti-Virus tools and Monitoring tools - Should have handled atleast 3 transitions - Should be good in written and verbal communication - Should have exposure in handling Global clients - Should be willing to work in shifts - Should have MCSE certification
