Analyst Finance Operations– Record To Report Job Description Job Title Analyst Finance Operations– Record To Report Reporting to Manager – Record to Report Location India SSC Level 8 / 7 Travel As Required Main Purpose of the Job The role will involve delivering on financial management processes such as revenue/project/fixed assets accounting, reconciliations, general ledger management, closing company books (monthly/quarterly/annually) and reporting to internal and external customers as per defined SLAs for one of COLT countries. Essential functions and responsibilities • Ensure completion of financial transaction processing as per close calendar • Record activity in processes such as fixed assets, inter company, project/revenue accounting etc. to ensure completion of recording financial activity in the correct period • Carry-out monthly/quarterly/annual close activities • Identify process improvement opportunities • Actively participate in preparation of process documentation • Identify and escalate potential issues to operations manager Essential Requirements • Minimum of 4 years work experience, including a minimum of 2 years experience with an International BPO in Financial Management Operations • Must have worked on a wide range of Finance processes such as Fixed Assets, Inter Company, Cash/GL Reconciliations, FP&A, Closing and Reporting, etc. • Good written and verbal communication skills • Hands-on Oracle 11i experience • Understanding of end to end business and financial management processes • Mindset of excellent process execution and continuous improvement • Excellent team work • Ability to work on stress environment and commitment to meet stringent timelines Education C.A- 2-3 yrs Post Qualification experience OR Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-6 yrs experience for Level 7. Graduate / Post Graduate with 2-3 years of experience OR Fresh CA’s for level 8. Desirable Requirements • European Experience
