Designation Relationship Managers Job Description • Build high relationship with all the identified corporate account . • Front end service requirement of the users with minimum turn -around time as specified. • Meet the facilitator and all the senior level personnel of the account on a regular basis as specified. • Ensure Retention of all accounts assigned and control churn. • Ensure vas camps are conducted at all the identified corporate account as specified there by increase revenue. • Support credit & collection team. • Supervision and assistance to the CSA -Customer support personnel on day to day basis. • Maintain complete profile of all the corporate accounts assigned and updated on monthly basis. • Maintain complete profile of all the corporate accounts assigned and updated on monthly basis. • Creation & Maintain account databases. • Training the CSA-customer support personnel on the field for effective customer service to all account in the territory assigned.
