JOB DESCRIPTION – Zonal Manager – Chennai Position Title:Zonal Manager Reporting to:Cluster Head Location:Chennai Years of Experience: 9-12 yrs of experience Educational Qualification: Post Graduate (MBA Preferred) Key ACCOUNTABILITIES • To plan, monitor & ensure quality acquisitions and control customer churn in the zone. • To plan, monitor & execute measures in order to improve collections by due date bill cycle wise. • To monitor & ensure quality resolution of complaints and requests within the SLA. • To plan, review & implement account management processes for segments such as SME and STD PCO. • To plan, monitor & ensure higher tag replenishment run rates with focus on high ARPU customers. • To plan and execute measures that will increase engagement and satisfaction of employees. • To train, coach & ensure continuous sales & service people capability improvement for ensuring business & employee growth. • To conceive, design & implement plans to improve scores on key financial parameters such as Revenue, Capital productivity and Return on Investment. • BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: • Achieving Results, • Delighting the Customer, Functional Competencies: • Business and Commercial Accumen • Process adherence • Empowering & Developing • Market intelligence
