Plan, develop and implement the strategies to ensure efficient financial management in project execution and running the business. 2. Devise the business and financial strategy encompassing planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting 3. Ensuring reporting and accounting as per statutory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts. 4. Facilitating corporate finance in fulfilling all the terms and conditions of loan documentation Job Specification: You should be an MBA in finance / CA / ICWA / CFA.
