| Finance Manager Reports directly: Country Manager Regional Finance Corporate Finance General Function: Oversees, directs, controls, and manages financial operation of the company. Specific Functions: 1.Oversees, directs, controls, manages financial operation of the company 2.Prepares and monitors operating budget as an effective tool in cost management 3.Ensures correctness and timeliness of financial reports, in accordance with India’s accounting standards, Corporate Office standards and best practices 4.Designs and recommends to management sound financial and operating policies and procedures. 5.Ensures proper systems and controls are in place to deter fraud. 6.Ensures financial policy and procedures are being implemented, deviation are verified, makes appropriate judgment, and measures financial impact. Any material findings are communicated to officers in Manila and Head Office 7.Ensures compliance with tax authorities and other government reportorial requirements 8.Manage relations with banks, economic zone authorities, insurance, social security agency, 9.Coordinates with external auditors, tax authorities, local government, and other pertinent regulatory body on matters relating to financial 10.Makes recommendation to increase cost efficiency, maximized earnings and others that will bring financial advantages to company 11.Ensure proper coordination with officers in India and Head Office 12.Recommends financial targets having been equipped with financial data and information as well as business insights 13.Performs financial management, particularly cash management 14.Hires, train, evaluate staff Education: •Graduate of a 4-year course related to Finance •Certified Public Accountant •Masteral Degree is a plus •Doctorate Degree is a plus Experience: •At least 5 years experience in the same or equivalent capacity •With hotel and/or casino experience Training: Updated with the Accounting Standards Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge: •Knowledge of Foreign Languages is a plus •Computer Knowledge •Financial Knowledge Skills: •Oral and written fluency in English | |
