| Sr. software developer with MCSD or MCAD Senior Software Engineer/Developer With a MCSD or MCAD. Job Responsibility •As a senior member of our team, the responsibility is both technical and managerial. •Ability to write tools and applications for Windows Vista •Analyze and Migrate Applications to Windows Vista •Provide Technical Leadership to the organization •Participate in recruiting and building a strong technical team •Mentor team members Skills •.NET, C#.net, C++,VC++,C •Win32 API and Windows Internals •Strong Debugging Skills •Qualifications: MUST HAVE A MCSD OR MCAD In addition, this individual must also pass at least one of the following exams: o Microsoft Exam 70-300: Analyzing Requirements and Defining Microsoft .NET Solution Architectures o Microsoft Exam 70-330: Implementing Security for Applications with Microsoft Visual Basic .NET o Microsoft Exam 70-340: Implementing Security for Applications with Microsoft Visual C# .NET o Microsoft Exam 70-536: TS: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 - Application Development Foundation o Microsoft Exam 70-529: TS: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 - Distributed Application Development o Microsoft Exam 70-549: PRO: Designing and Developing Enterprise Applications by Using the Microsoft .NET Framework o Microsoft Exam 70-553: UPGRADE: MCSD Microsoft .NET Skills to MCPD Enterprise Application Developer by Using the Microsoft .NET Framework: Part 1 o Microsoft Exam 70-554: UPGRADE: MCSD Microsoft .NET Skills to MCPD Enterprise Application Developer by Using the Microsoft .NET Framework: Part 2 7+ years of experience •B.E. / B. Tech •A can-do attitude •Excellent Written and Verbal Communication •Ambitious and willing to grow •High IQ •Excited by challenging projects •Helps fellow team members Job location is both Delhi and Ranchi.
