About Our Client

Our Client is incorporated in 1977. It is a SEBI registered Category I Merchant Banker, listed on The Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE). Over the last two decades, it has expanded into a full-service investment banking company. Today its primary role is that of a responsible intermediary with a strong professional base. Its forte is providing advisory and innovatively structured financial solutions in the area of fund raising, infrastructure development, government borrowing, corporate restructuring and money market intermediation. At the retail level, provides investment advisory service and distributes financial products like mutual funds, insurance products, etc.


Designation: Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager



Experience: 1-7 Yrs



Qualification: MBA / Graduates or AMFI / IRDA qualification will be an added Advantage



No of positions Reporting to: Executive Director Managing Director

Location: All over India


Salary / CTC Range: Not a constraint


Candidates Desired Profile:



Ø MBA / Graduates

Ø AMFI / IRDA qualification will be an added Advantage.

Ø 1-7 Years experience in the area of Sales & Marketing preferably in Financial / Banking Products

Ø Proven Experience in sales and client focus

Ø Effective leadership and interpersonal skills

Ø Persuasiveness

Ø Capable to analyse data and able to understand market dynamics

Ø Effective communication skills

Ø Fluency in one local language of the chosen place will be an added advantage

Ø Strong Relationship and influencing skills

Ø Good leadership & administrative qualities

Ø Result Orientation & Process Focused



Detailed JD (Roles & Responsibilities)



Ø Marketing of financial products (Insurance, Mutual Funds, Equity, Bonds, IPO’s and other wealth management products )

Ø Drive business by acquiring PCG / HNI / Corporate clients

Ø Acquiring new clients and advising on their long term and short term investments

Ø Assist clients in financial planning, maintain / advise client on personal portfolio
Building and maintaining relationships

Ø Ensure all performance standards are met viz. business targets, expansion of internal and external relationships, drive sales, implement strategies to grow market share, monitor and evaluate performance of self and team, obtain and analyse market intelligence Identify and implement ways to improve performance

Ø Prepare periodic MIS, market feedback reports
