Details:
Project Architect Oversees and plans all architectural aspects of construction projects. Responsible for final specifications, approval of ordered materials, and overall guidance on objectives and concepts. May also supervise and evaluate work of subordinate architects and technicians. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Drafting of plans at different stages, from conceptual to constructive. Generation of concepts and ideas. Generation of images using different techniques to support presentation of concepts and designs. Site inspections Coordinating selection, specification and installation of special materials, furniture and equipment. Assistance on coordination with clients, contractors and others Preparation of agendas and minutes for construction or design related meetings. Preparing of design and execution material for small scale projects and renovations or other design issues Thunderbird’s local operation might need. General advice to the client on design matters.
