To assist Architects to prepare drawings and minor conceptual ideas for the different projects and their components. The tasks and assignments to be carried out by the Drafter/Junior Architect includes the following responsibilities:

- Drafting of plans at different stages, from conceptual to constructive.
- Generation of basic concepts and ideas for areas or portions of the projects.
- Generation of images using different techniques to support presentation of concepts and designs.
- Preparation of agendas and minutes for construction or design related meetings.
- Preparing of design and execution material for small scale projects and renovations or other design issues Thunderbird’s local operation might need.
- General advice to the client on design matters.

In addition, the Drafter/Junior Architect has to participate in all IMPACTO’s internal activities and tasks required by the management. The Drafter/Junior Architect shall report directly to the Design Department’s Manager but shall also communicate and coordinate with the project architects.
