Personal secretary to MD

Qualification: Any graduate. Nature of Job & Responsibilities: · Fixing Appointments & Preparing Minutes of the Meeting · To take Dictation, Correspondence, Documentation and Filing · To fix up appointments, planning and scheduling of meetings, Receiving Mails & Corresponding reply to the same, Drafting Letters · Filing & maintaining all inward & outward documents · Typing of all fleet communications, letters, fax, reports, forms, etc. · Preparation of Travel Memo & Making Travel & Hotel Arrangements. · Data Management (Including Emails). · To Co-ordinate from the MD’s desk with Directors, Managers, Sr. Managers and Area Heads. · Assisting in Organizing of Events and sending invitations for the same · Handling Inquiries and Providing Counseling, Taking care of Public Relations Key Competencies: · A learning positive attitude with good communication skills. · Ability to perform expeditiously. · Firm believer of team work and maintaining good office environment. · Good Computer usage & Language skills If you are interested,willng to travel WORLDWIDE pl send your updated CV mentioning your current & expected
